Low Carb Turkey Roll-Up Healthy Snack Delight
Ingredients
- 8 slices deli turkey breast
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 Prise freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 8 slices bell pepper (for added crunch and color)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, dried dill, and black pepper. Mix until well blended to create a savory spread.
- Lay out a slice of turkey breast on a clean cutting board or plate.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on the turkey slice, covering it evenly.
- Place a few fresh spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese.
- Add slices of cucumber and avocado on top of the spinach, arranging them evenly.
- Optionally, place thin slices of bell pepper on top for extra crunch and flavor.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the turkey slice tightly over the fillings to create a roll-up.
- Repeat with the remaining turkey slices until all ingredients are used.
- If desired, slice each roll-up in half diagonally for an attractive presentation.
