Ingredients

  • 4 cups brewed black tea, cooled
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1 Prise fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 Prise lemon slices for garnish
  • 1 Prise ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew black tea using 4 cups of water and your favorite tea bags. Let it steep for about 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bags and allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea, fresh pineapple juice, lemon juice, and honey/agave syrup. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  3. Add the pineapple chunks to the pitcher and mix gently to distribute them throughout the liquid.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and chill.
  5. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Lemony Pineapple Iced Tea over the ice.
  6. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon for an added touch of flavor and presentation.

Serve in clear glasses to showcase the vibrant colors and add a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon on top for a refreshing touch.
