Köstliches Zitronen-Tiramisu Easy and Refreshing Delight
Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 pieces lemons (zested and juiced)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 g ladyfinger biscuits
- 150 ml strong brewed lemon tea (cooled)
- 1 Prise fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.
- Prepare the lemon tea by brewing strong tea and letting it cool.
- Briefly dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the cooled lemon tea, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the first layer of ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
