Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 pieces green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 Prise sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the ground pork. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and toss until the cabbage wilts slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well, allowing the flavors to meld together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the green onions. Serve hot and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
