Ingredients

  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 pieces Lotus Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
  • 1 serving whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 serving caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1 serving chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1 pinch sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, crushed Biscoff cookies, and Biscoff spread. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the milk quantity if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  2. Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauces inside a tall glass, coating the sides generously.
  3. Pour the Biscoff shake mixture into the prepared glass, filling it almost to the top.
  4. Generously top the shake with whipped cream, allowing it to overflow.
  5. Sprinkle additional crushed Biscoff cookies on top of the whipped cream. Drizzle more caramel and chocolate sauce over the whipped cream and cookies. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
