Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Prise salt (to taste)
  • 1 Prise pepper (to taste)
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 Prise sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp start to turn pink.
  4. Pour the honey Sriracha mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat.
  5. Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more Sriracha if you prefer extra heat.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve over jasmine rice or mixed greens for a complete meal.
