Ginger Cherry Fizz Mocktail Recipe: A Refreshing Non-Alcoholic Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 1 Prise Ice cubes
- 1 Prise Extra cherries for garnish
- 1 Prise Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, muddle the fresh cherries and grated ginger together. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the juices from the cherries and mix in the ginger thoroughly.
- Add the honey (or agave syrup) and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the muddled mixture. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Fill serving glasses about halfway with ice cubes.
- Divide the cherry-ginger mixture among the glasses, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda, stirring gently to combine the flavors without losing too much fizz.
- Garnish each glass with additional cherries and a slice of lemon on the rim for a refreshing touch.
