Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 Prise Ice cubes
  • 1 Prise Extra cherries for garnish
  • 1 Prise Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, muddle the fresh cherries and grated ginger together. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the juices from the cherries and mix in the ginger thoroughly.
  2. Add the honey (or agave syrup) and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the muddled mixture. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
  3. Fill serving glasses about halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Divide the cherry-ginger mixture among the glasses, filling them about two-thirds full.
  5. Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda, stirring gently to combine the flavors without losing too much fizz.
  6. Garnish each glass with additional cherries and a slice of lemon on the rim for a refreshing touch.
