Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs: A Flavorful Twist on a Classic Favorite
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
- 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and roll them into balls.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a disc about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a beef ball in the center of each biscuit disc. Top with a teaspoon of cheddar cheese and a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
- Place the assembled cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture generously over each bomb.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
