Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a disc about 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a beef ball in the center of each biscuit disc. Top with a teaspoon of cheddar cheese and a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
  6. Place the assembled cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture generously over each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
