Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 16 oz refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Prise fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the beef mixture until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and well incorporated.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut the dough into 8 equal squares.
  6. Take about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture and place it in the center of each pizza dough square. Fold the corners of the square over the filling to create a ball and pinch to seal tightly.
  7. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg to give them a golden brown color when baked.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
