Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Prise fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's browned. Drain excess fat and return to the skillet.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors. Remove from heat.
  4. Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly, then add the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Stir until well combined.
  5. Open the can of crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. You should have 8 triangles.
  6. On each crescent triangle, place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center. Roll up the triangle around the filling, tucking the ends to ensure the filling is securely inside. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolled dough bombs.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
  9. Once baked, let them cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
