Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Prise fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's browned. Drain excess fat and return to the skillet.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors. Remove from heat.
- Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly, then add the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Stir until well combined.
- Open the can of crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. You should have 8 triangles.
- On each crescent triangle, place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center. Roll up the triangle around the filling, tucking the ends to ensure the filling is securely inside. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolled dough bombs.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
- Once baked, let them cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
