Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Prise salt
  • 1 Prise pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 Prise fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 6 equal squares. If you want smaller bites, you can cut them into 12 squares instead.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each dough square. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal completely.
  5. Place the cured dough bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs hot!
