Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs Delightful Snack
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 0.25 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise pepper
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 Prise fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 6 equal squares. If you want smaller bites, you can cut them into 12 squares instead.
- Place about a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each dough square. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal completely.
- Place the cured dough bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
