Ingredients

  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Prise salt (to taste)
  • 1 Prise pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pieces lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the center of the lobster shell, from the base to the tip, ensuring you don’t cut all the way through the tail. Gently pull the shell apart to reveal the meat.
  3. Carefully lift the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant, but be careful not to brown it.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, making sure it’s well coated. Reserve a bit for serving.
  7. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with the reserved garlic butter.
  9. Serve the lobster tails with lemon wedges on the side for extra zest.

💡 Chef's Notes

Arrange the lobster tails on a beautiful platter garnished with fresh herbs and lemon wedges. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter for additional flavor.
