Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups Mouthwatering Meal
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Prise salt (optional)
- 1 Prise pepper (optional)
- 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
- Add the crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Stir until well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Pinch seams together to create one large rectangle.
- Evenly spread the beef and bacon mixture over the crescent roll dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough up tightly, pinching the seams to seal it. Position the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the roll and sprinkle with a little additional garlic powder if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into pinwheel-like sections.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
