Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 Prise salt (optional)
  • 1 Prise pepper (optional)
  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Stir until well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Pinch seams together to create one large rectangle.
  5. Evenly spread the beef and bacon mixture over the crescent roll dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
  7. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough up tightly, pinching the seams to seal it. Position the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the melted butter over the top of the roll and sprinkle with a little additional garlic powder if desired.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  10. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into pinwheel-like sections.
  11. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
