Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bags black tea
  • 1 large orange (juiced and zested)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Prise ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 Prise fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags and cinnamon stick. Allow steeping for 5-7 minutes for a robust flavor.
  3. Remove the tea bags and cinnamon stick, then stir in the orange juice, zest, and honey or maple syrup until dissolved.
  4. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chilled.
  5. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional orange slices if desired.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve in clear glasses to showcase the vibrant orange color, and add a thin slice of orange on the rim for an extra touch.
