Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 0.5 cup chocolate sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 0.5 cup chopped pecans (toasted if desired)
- 1 Prise graham crackers, pretzel rods, or apple slices (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well incorporated, scraping down the sides as needed.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. This will take about 3-4 minutes.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Once combined, fold in the caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle extra caramel and chocolate sauce on top, and garnish with additional pecans.
