Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 0.5 cup chocolate sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans (toasted if desired)
  • 1 Prise graham crackers, pretzel rods, or apple slices (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well incorporated, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. This will take about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  5. Once combined, fold in the caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle extra caramel and chocolate sauce on top, and garnish with additional pecans.
  7. Serve immediately with graham crackers, pretzel rods, or apple slices for dipping.
