Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Prise salt (to taste)
  • 1 Prise pepper (to taste)
  • 8 ounces crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheesy chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Carefully roll the dough from the wide end to the point, enclosing the mixture as you go, creating a filled crescent shape.
  6. Place the filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush each roll with the beaten egg for a beautiful golden finish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve warm on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley leaves. Accompany with a dipping sauce like ranch or marinara for added flavor!
