Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 1 Prise graham crackers or pretzels for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the peanut butter mixture into a serving dish and spread it evenly.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it out to cover evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  6. Serve with graham crackers or pretzels for dipping.
