Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cups brewed coffee, cooled
  • 0.5 cups dulce de leche
  • 0.5 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Prise whipped cream, for topping
  • 1 Prise ground cinnamon, for garnish
  • 1 Prise chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, cooled brewed coffee, dulce de leche, milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. You may adjust the consistency by adding more milk if you prefer a thinner shake.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more dulce de leche if desired. Blend again if you add ingredients.
  4. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, filling them a little over halfway.
  5. Generously top each milkshake with whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle a dash of ground cinnamon and chocolate shavings on top for added flavor and decoration.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the delightful flavors of coffee and dulce de leche!

💡 Chef's Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more dulce de leche if desired.
