Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup diced fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 0.5 cup canned diced green chilies, drained
  • 0.25 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Prise salt to taste
  • 1 Prise pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Prise fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese until well incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the diced jalapeños, green chilies, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the panko bread crumbs with the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the dip mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish or a similarly sized oven-safe dish. Spread it evenly and top with the panko mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
