Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are fine.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies into the pancake batter, distributing them evenly.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or additional butter.
