Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 pinch fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage and cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, crushed crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the sausage is fully cooked and the bites are golden brown.
