Ingredients

  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise pepper
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
  3. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit in your hand or on a lightly floured surface to create a small disc.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center of each disc. If you like, add some grated Parmesan cheese for an extra cheesy hit.
  5. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to form a ball, sealing all sides to prevent any cheese from leaking out.
  6. Dip each formed garlic bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  7. Arrange the garlic bombs on the prepared baking sheet, placing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the bombs.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. For a final touch, sprinkle some extra parsley on top if desired.

💡 Chef's Notes
