Delicious Cheesy Garlic Bombs Recipe for Garlic Lovers
Ingredients
- 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise pepper
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit in your hand or on a lightly floured surface to create a small disc.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center of each disc. If you like, add some grated Parmesan cheese for an extra cheesy hit.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to form a ball, sealing all sides to prevent any cheese from leaking out.
- Dip each formed garlic bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Arrange the garlic bombs on the prepared baking sheet, placing them about 2 inches apart.
- Brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. For a final touch, sprinkle some extra parsley on top if desired.
