Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Make sure your sliced bananas and pineapple chunks are frozen solid.
  2. In the Cuisinart Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker, add the frozen bananas, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, vanilla extract, honey (or agave syrup), and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Turn on your ice cream maker, and let it run for 15-20 minutes or until the mixture thickens and has a soft serve consistency. You may need to stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  4. Once the mixture is thick, taste it. If you'd like it sweeter, add more honey or agave syrup and mix for another minute.
  5. Scoop the soft serve into bowls or cones. If desired, you can opt to create swirls or layers with extra pineapple chunks.

💡 Chef's Notes

Top with toasted coconut flakes and fresh pineapple for added flair.
