Cuisinart Soft Serve Ice Cream & Slushy Maker Guide
Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Make sure your sliced bananas and pineapple chunks are frozen solid.
- In the Cuisinart Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker, add the frozen bananas, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, vanilla extract, honey (or agave syrup), and a pinch of sea salt.
- Turn on your ice cream maker, and let it run for 15-20 minutes or until the mixture thickens and has a soft serve consistency. You may need to stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Once the mixture is thick, taste it. If you'd like it sweeter, add more honey or agave syrup and mix for another minute.
- Scoop the soft serve into bowls or cones. If desired, you can opt to create swirls or layers with extra pineapple chunks.
