Crispy Chicken Caesar Flatbreads: A Deliciously Easy Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 large flatbreads
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.25 cup croutons (optional)
- 1 Prise fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the Caesar dressing. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet or a flat surface. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Divide the seasoned chicken evenly over each flatbread. Layer on the chopped Romaine lettuce, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle the remaining Caesar dressing over the toppings, then sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and optional croutons for added crunch.
- Place the prepared flatbreads in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melty.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, slice, and serve warm.
