Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup croutons (optional)
  • 1 Prise fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the Caesar dressing. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet or a flat surface. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Divide the seasoned chicken evenly over each flatbread. Layer on the chopped Romaine lettuce, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the remaining Caesar dressing over the toppings, then sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and optional croutons for added crunch.
  5. Place the prepared flatbreads in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melty.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, slice, and serve warm.
