Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, Biscoff cookie butter, vanilla extract, and crushed Biscoff cookies.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring no cookie chunks remain. If the milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the milkshake and adjust the flavor if necessary, adding more cookie butter for a richer taste.
  4. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, leaving some space at the top for whipped cream.
  5. Generously top each milkshake with whipped cream and sprinkle additional crushed Biscoff cookies on top for added texture.
  6. If desired, drizzle some Biscoff cookie spread over the whipped cream for added sweetness and presentation.

For a richer flavor, add more Biscoff cookie butter.
