Cowboy Butter Steak Dipping Sauce: A Flavorful Companion for Your Grilled Meats
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Prise Salt (to taste)
- 1 Prise Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened butter and use a fork or spatula to cream it until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chives until well combined.
- Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper to the bowl. Mix everything until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the spices according to your preference.
- Once well mixed, transfer the Cowboy Butter to the center of a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape it into a log by rolling it up tightly, twisting the ends to secure.
- Refrigerate the rolled butter for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
