  • 1 cups ice cubes
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 pieces chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
  • 1 Prise whipped cream for topping
  • 1 Prise chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, matcha powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Add the crushed cookies to the blender and pulse a few times just to mix them in—this will give your frappe a cookies and cream swirl.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar. Blend again if needed.
  4. Pour the frappe into a tall glass, leaving some space at the top for the whipped cream.
  5. Generously top with whipped cream and sprinkle more crushed cookies on top for added texture and flavor.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired for an extra sweet touch.
