Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 Prise salt
  • 1 Prise pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12x10 inches.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Layer the sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Season the cheese and pepperoni mixture with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Carefully fold the shorter sides of the dough over the filling, then roll the dough tightly from one of the longer ends to create a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal well.
  7. Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil for a golden finish.
  8. Use a sharp knife to make a few diagonal slits in the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
