Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli Irresistibly Tasty Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup sliced pepperoni
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12x10 inches.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer the sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Season the cheese and pepperoni mixture with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully fold the shorter sides of the dough over the filling, then roll the dough tightly from one of the longer ends to create a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal well.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil for a golden finish.
- Use a sharp knife to make a few diagonal slits in the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
