Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 units eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Prise oil for frying
  • 0.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Prise salt (to taste)
  • 1 Prise pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the chicken fritters to the skillet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  4. Fry the fritters for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the garlic aioli by combining mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until well blended.
  6. Serve the cheesy chicken fritters warm with a side of garlic aioli for dipping.
