Buffalo Chicken Crescent Ring: A Flavorful Appetizer Delight
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 0.5 cups Buffalo sauce
- 0.5 cups cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.25 cups green onions, chopped
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 Prise fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and ranch seasoning. Mix well to combine.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle, overlapping them slightly to form a ring. Leave a space in the center for the filling.
- Spoon the Buffalo chicken mixture into the center of the crescent ring, distributing evenly.
- Fold the pointed ends of each triangle over the filling, tucking them underneath the ring to secure it.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the crescent ring to give it a golden color as it bakes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
